​Alex is one of our Business Managers and leads our EU Clinical Operations and Development recruitment. He specialises in providing a top-tier service to the Life Science arena across Europe, with focus on Biotech, CRO and Pharma companies – providing permanent solutions across contingent, retained and product solutions.

Alex joined BioTalent after working at Barrington James where he built and led a successful permanent recruitment team. He was brought into BioTalent to build the Clinical Operations unit whilst developing and maintaining our accounts. He has spent the last 5 years scaling his desk in Clinical Operations and brings a wealth of knowledge and market awareness.
