Senior Manager Quality Assurance – GMP - Baden-Württemberg, Germany
BioTalent is supporting a global leader in protein and gene analytics for the biopharmaceutical and gene therapy industries. They are seeking a Senior Manager of Quality Assurance (GMP) which will provide you with a clear pathway to director whilst allowing you to have a director title.
In this role, you will oversee the development and maintenance of our quality management system, manage QM documents, handle deviations and CAPA processes, and lead a team across two locations. You will also manage customer and regulatory audits, provide quality-related advice to the organization, and prepare quality reports.

Requirements:
- Degree in pharmacy or natural sciences, or relevant training in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Extensive knowledge and at least 5 years of experience in quality management under GMP.
- Auditor training is desirable.
- Strong quality awareness, attention to detail, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to travel between locations (Dortmund and Heilbronn) and proficiency in German and English.
