BioTalent are excited to be working with a global leading Biotech, on the hunt for a Product Management Senior Manager who can be based in either Barcelona (Spain) or Milan (Italy).
The successful incumbent with be the sole IT point of contact for the clients EU commercial leaders, handling the local country business relationship and IT demand from key collaborators - commercial areas of sales, marketing, market access and data management functions.

The successful incumbent with be the sole IT point of contact for the clients EU commercial leaders, handling the local country business relationship and IT demand from key collaborators - commercial areas of sales, marketing, market access and data management functions.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting commercial leaders in developing IT projects – business benefits analysis and estimates for specific areas (business requirements/processes, functional design, UAT)
- Provide expert technology mentorship for sales technology solutions.
- Seamless communication/collaboration with external and internal clients to analyse IT requirements and deliver artifacts as per project methodology.
- Contributing to business improvements – company requirements and UAT, working with global commercial/infrastructure teams.
- Connecting and accelerating the internal functional owner community and the software development team(s).
- Contributing to end-user technology training and communications.
- Collaborating with commercial IT and leadership to identify process improvements, prioritisations and supply recommendations for future process and technology.
- Workstream lead activities - ensuring plans that support key process areas meet business requirements (present & future).
You will bring the following:
- Degree in Computer Science (or related field) with extensive experience delivering IT tech platforms.
- Experience with Veeva and/or Salesforce implementations.
- Strong ability to collaborate with commercial leaders, fields sales and senior technologists (business processes, operational analyses, implementing innovative solutions, delivery results).
- Experience in business process & requirements.
- Confident with challenging technical designs (efficiency/effectiveness).
- Technologies: Web Content Management and marketing automation, Veeva PromoMats/CRM, Integration tools (e.g. Informatica), Tableau (or similar).
