BioTalent are working with a Global Biopharmaceutical company based in Berkshire to search for a Lead Scientist in Process Development. As the Lead Scientist you will be responsible for developing processes using AMBR250 and AMBR15 Bioreactors for the production of biopharmaceuticals.

This role will offer you:

• An opportunity to work on multiple projects and take the lead on upstream process development projects.  
• The chance to work with subject matter experts in Cell Culture, Process Development and Process Characterisation.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing and Validating new processes and control paradigms in ambr250 workflows.
• Developing small scale and scale down models using high throughput systems, such as automated bioreactors as well as contribute to the assessment of new technologies for high throughput models.
• Work closely with the Process Development subject matter experts to support complex experimental studies.  

You will bring the following:

• MSc or BSc in a Scientific or Engineering discipline along with industry experience working with upstream process development.  
• Experience working with amber250 or ambr15 bioreactors is essential.
• Prior experience leading projects in process development would be highly desirable.
