I have an exclusive role as a Sales Manager responsible for the UK territory.

 

This is an exciting new role with exceptional growth potential as part of an international expansion plan working for a specialist business providing innovative cold-chain logistics solutions to the Clinical Research and CGT industries globally.

 

This role will offer you

  • Create, own and deliver a sales strategy working with an existing global sales team
  • The opportunity to work in a fast-paced, expanding business with the chance to influence and drive change
  • A step into management responsible for Customer Relations and Sales team
  • An attractive OTE with huge potential for market expansion

 

You will be responsible for

  • Creating a high-performing, best-in-class commercial strategy to help increase market share
  • Team management for the Customer Relations and Sales team in the UK - Driving a regional commercial team in achievement of objectives, KPIs and business targets
  • Hands on new business development activities
  • Managing regional commercial budget - directly and through the team responsible for delivering profitable sales growth

 

You will bring the following

  • Team management or matrix management experience
  • Pharmaceutical cold chain experience is desired
  • Strong experience within logistics
  • Strong business development and key account management experience
  • Strong experience with global supply chain
  • Willingness to work in a SME environment (fast paced, ability to get stuck in, problem solver etc)
